Several people were laid off from scheduling. A couple of them were happy to be freed from Enbridge Nazi camp. Many of the ones remaining are looking for jobs externally.
Got an email from BY yesterday afternoon confirming workforce reductions. Saying there weren't when senior management is sending emails saying there was is willfully putting out bad info.
For those of you let go did they give you advanced notice or try and find you another job as MW told us to our faces in December that they would start doing?
We lost 2 in Calgary, infrastructure Planning and Lifecycle Effectiveness. Which is surprising since we PM the company's most important initiatives but I guess it had to be company wide. Some key personnel from scheduling were also terminated today. More to come sadly, but they are executing it in a shady manner.
People leaders are idiots in this company. Completely incompetent.
Yep I was laid off today too.
The layoffs may be over for today. But they’ll be continuing for at least the next two years.
I have to wonder if Al and his gang are pleased with themselves.

Sorry to burst your bubble...but there where layoffs. I say say as i was one one of them.
Yes. January 31, 2018 staff reductions did take place. People leaders will be getting their teams together soon to go over the changes.
