If you want the 10% back better you better move to another company, as for the merit rises due start again this year, 2% increase if you’re lucky and no chance it will be backdated for the years it was frozen, business picking up but those left expected to do more for less with too many long term managers running depts only worried about how good they look, place is in a mess

Due to tax reform, there are many companies those allowed it to raise worker pay, increase benefits, bonuses. DQ frozen merits in years, 10% pay cut, health insurance worser...Not surprise if more peoples look for somewhere else.

Top management will do all they can to keep a damper on announcing big orders to keep the workers placated. Just like in the early '90's, DQ will NEVER reinstate the full 10% pay cut. If you are lucky, it will take about 5 years of raises just to get back to the pre-2015 pay rate. Math wise, it will also take 11.1% of total raises to make up the original 10% cut. And the loss of money that you could have invested into most 401k accounts is huge now that the stock market is climbing like a rocket. It's a sad deal for all.
