Schedulers sent packing in Calgary
Can confirm legacy Spectra field operations was hit
I can confirm this place is a sh-- hole.
Director, terminal manager, and another in mid con region
I have heard anything in Calgary?
I can confirm someone was laid off in the Land Services department in Duluth.
Some people in Calgary.
Still nothing going on in Canada...
Doors to Hr are still closed but no cabs out front. Maybe on a lunch break in Houston?
So many great people have been laid off today. Hard to focus.
One from Longview, Midstream side.
Legacy Spectra field US also included so far today
Enbridge is still trying to figure out what the heck the legacy spectra employees do and who's worthy of sticking around. Trust me legacy spectra employees won't be the same at the end of 2018.
Just remember. Enbridge signs Al's checks. Not this has been Spectra company.
Maybe Spectra should be lulled. Seems to be all Enbridge layoffs. Big daddy Spectra runs the show now, and here’s your reminder if you weren’t sure.
It's definitely happening in Houston Westheimer. I see it going down in a conference room right now as we speak.
4 employees in Duluth, 6 employees and 1 contractor in Superior. That's just our department.
I think maybe Spectra legscy employees are pulled into complacency because it’s not as bad as last one. Trust us enbridge people were old pros of this - they’ll come throughout the day. Heard of 3 field workers and 2 Westheimer office folks so far. It’s definitely happening - just maybe not to the 800 people scale that it was last time.
Since no email from AM yet, I doubt anything big will happen.
Activity in mid-con, Great Lakes and superior operations...6 that I have heard of so far this morning.
Some of you have spoken too soon
Doesn't seem like much happening today folks.
Nothing in Canada yet
It’s definitely started in Houston Westheimer office. Cabs, extra security, and people in the lobby carrying boxes.
Given the current time (8:30AM) and lack of the typical layoff-style activities we’ve come to pick up on, it would appear the rumblings from the rumor mill had no validity this go-around. Not to say a layoff isn’t on the horizon...just not today. Keep on keepin’ on folks!
And post location...
