Okay, I'd really like to know who decides who gets let go off? We're losing some of our best people, and I'm trying to figure out why? Who would make a decision to cut most experienced and knowledgeable person in the department?
I'd really like to know what's going on, because this is simply crazy.
Its all about money they let the most expensive experienced people go first. Those people cost the most and when your manager is in Canada and you work in the US they don't know what you do on a day to day basis.
Enbridge calendars are gone, Keurig machines are out...what’s next? Bring your own pens and paper to work? I guess I’d much rather lose those “luxuries” than another co-worker.

When I was let go back in October of 2016, was told that Canada evaluated each and every position and that they made the decision.
