Big changes in job titles...what is the point?

It’s because we are going to an auto scheduler in the near future.
What positions have changed names
And MIT were given 6 months to be “promotable”. Do the math.
Dept manager level 2 will be first
They are changing all of the job titles so they can let more people go saying their job no longer exists.
