Are you really surprised that this is going on with Staples? You have regional managers and district managers writing up store managers for not hitting those stupid top 10 priorities. You have store managers in turn having to write up sales managers for the same thing. Never heard of getting wrote up for not making a goal. Staples has lost good district, general, and sales managers and continue to do something.

Write up the consumers who stopped trafficking the stores! That will show them!
