You had 13+ years to make Sears right. all during that time you kept saying that we were transforming the company. You told us that Wall Street and the media did not understand the transformation. Eddie, it does not take 13 years to transform a company, any company. You had great leaders, and many great employees; all of them have given you their very best, and the result is you threw it all away. All because you did not listen to them. A great leader listens to their employees. I actually feel more sorry for you then all those souls you got threw away of over the last 13 years. They can be proud, you, not so much.

It is sad, I feel Eddie lied all his way till he can. Who knows if in the very start he actually did have some hope to revive the company, or maybe he already had a plan to enrich himself. He just did he basically screwed a lot of people that put to much for this company. I don't understand why people till this date believe Eddie is trying to transform the company. He is not get real his suppose "transformation" is almost complete aka filling his pockets as much as he can before he files BK.
Karma will catch up with him someday.
