The new britain CT DC was informed last week that all employees will be laid off by November 1st. We will be given a severance of 2 weeks of pay for every year we worked for the company.

Georgia doesn't allow collecting unemployment while collecting severance. I know from personal experience in 2018.
Paid out as normal pay cycles. Eligible as long as you stay through final date.

Are you sure we are allowed to have another non-McKesson job and still collect the severance?
Biweekly and as long as you don't take another McKesson job they will pay you even if you get another job outside of McKesson.
lump sum? Or do you have to stay unemployed to collect it bi weekly?
