I wouldn’t say they sh-- canned her. She always knew they’d eventually be bringing in one of their own, it was just a matter of time. Despite knowing this she still set out to get the company sold. She’s smarter than any of us posting on these boards.

I think it's safe to say they fired her. With one day's notice to leave? Perhaps not in Shira's plan. Agreed Shira is book smart, but her business intelligence is lacking and so is her ability to read people and situations. She should stick to blogging about nonsense.

i was there for cleanup duty on faisel, although nobody is ever gonna admit that. i did the same at Aetna, Tmobile, Boeing, JP Morgan, Cisco. luckily my ego was never as huge as shira's or FM so i never made the same moral compromises. it used to annoy me but now I dont bother fixing their messes and i dont carry the same baggage and im still faster than any of those clowns my age that sold out.

actually pretty lucky in retrospect.
