Consistent Turnover

The only thing consistent at Advance is turnover. If you look on starting line every month they graduate 100+ new managers in Roanoke from management training. They sure aren't opening no new stores, so what does that tell you? When you treat people like crap this is what you get. Our CEO don't care about nobody but themselves and the stockholders. Employees to them are a dime a dozen. I've been there 4 years and asked my boss about a raise and was told that their is no raises available. Well I'm looking for another job!

Not much advancing moving up opertunity at advance, seems like they would rather bring in a shoe salesman with no automotive experience then just try to move people up. Store GM's worry most about only there staffing needs. And it's impossible to get them to help hard working motivated crew members a fair shot at advancing up, too worried about having to find replacement at there store. As far as pay raises, past 3 years none. Maybe since the new tax law, there huge cut they will spread the wealth, but don't hold your breath. Still cutting hours every week. Maybe at some point advance shall get shamed into bonus n possible pay raises. Maryland raised minimum wage . My store has new hire partime employees making more then our key holders, complain equals more hours cut.. epic fail at top.

Instead of fixing a problem, you would try and intimidate someone. Besides being a manager for a poorly run company, you're probably a short, balding little man.
