CBS is aggressively pushing out many of it’s most senior employees, most with 30 to 40 years + experience, and replacing them with younger techy new hires. This is a well thought out corporate policy of age discrimination, but they get away with it because they force departing employees to keep silent about these “take it or else” severance agreements by threatening them with forfeiture...classic workplace harassment!
Yup, worked with her years ago and she was obnoxious and completely uninspiring. It's all about her.
