If you morons think CHK is going to do packages for getting fired due to the performance management system- then you should be part of those being released. The major RIFs in 2013 and 2015 triggered WARN that’s the only reason they paid out massive layoff packages. This is just trimming the fat to avoid paying bonuses. Be glad you get two weeks of pay and cobra.
