A lot more to come Staples us top heavy, vp’s, directors, managers people who never get out of their offices all day. They spend more time in meetings and on conference calls and no one is minding the store, why do you think Shira is gone? All she did was blog and tweet all day. Ring Sergent s---ed millions out Staples and lost 265 million with the Office Depot deal. It’s still going on today people taking kick backs from project deals and sitting behind their desks just making it difficult for those who work. No I did’nt get layoff and it’s nof affecting me but I deal with this bs every day and I see a lot god people being let go and the bumbs staying because they are protected. I really feel bad for some affected by this but s lot wrong people are being let go because throbbed making the call are sparing themselves and their friends, Staples could be a great Co. but management run it like a cult . Facilities at Corp are a joke and spending millions without letting the peope at the sites do what hey were hired for, it’s like the federal government everyone there is a change more friends and corrupted contractors that give kick backs are hired. Hopefully Syckomore will stop listening tontos corruptos and investigate them selves. Good luck

Kickback city at China buying office. Bad decisions and no class, a-- hole running the show.
We can only hope that they keep chopping heads within the sales org. So many useless people who arent doing anything for those who are out there making money. They like to take credit for work that they didn't do, bully their staff, and make excuses.
Overhaul of area sales managers and above please.
WTF are you talking about? Nothing remotely like that is happening in Framingham.
This was the nastiest corporate restructuring ever. Coworkers attacking each other in meetings and widespread slandering. Survivors are best at backstabbing and not the most talented workers. The worst offenders for creating a bad corporate culture are still there, like a cancer. A new CEO is not going to help -- sinking ship.
Employee cage match to keep our jobs. Intriguing ☕️
Everyone find new jobs. Ship is sinking, don’t be idiots.
employees at each other's throats.
Battle Royale is the new corporate strategy.
Wow!!! Hard to read but even harder to digest... but unfortunately most of it true. So much for “saying it like it is” some of you reading this should be looking at your own problems or should I say your time may be coming if are not the right people at Staples.
How is facilities a joke? When stuff breaks the facilities dept. coordinates the work.. before you talk trash about people who handle the issues get you’re facts straight!
...and what new information did you learn from this emotional regurgitation of words??
Dude (previous poster) get over yourself. We are here to get information. That's it. Take your grammatical correctness elsewhere.
Poor communication like this is useless and not constructive. This is regardless of purposeful intention or lack of intelligence.
Excusing it or encouraging it is not doing anyone here any favors.
I'm going to be humble. Yes, I was the one that said he went bad to worse. I am truly Sorry, you guys are correct. Just thought the individual was able to write well but was to lazy to do so. My deep apologies to him personally. You guys are so correct, who am I myself? I have my imperfections more than anyone can imagine, who am I to judge? Thank you, you opened my eyes, and yes I've learned from this and will keep it in mind alwaya.
Schadenfreude (/ˈʃɑːdənfrɔɪdə/; German: [ˈʃaːdn̩ˌfʀɔɪ̯də]) is pleasure derived from the misfortunes of others. This word is taken from German and literally means 'harm-joy.' It is the feeling of joy or pleasure when one sees another fail or suffer misfortune.
Some of you are .. never mind. Did you ever stop to think that there is a chance this lady or gentleman was trying to mask how they write or naturally speak? This person may fear retaliation. Why attack someone that is trying to express what they feel?
Yes - painful to read - but I agree with the content.
Staples had a chance to be competitive but squandered it.
Can't wait to read the blog tomorrow!!
It appears that two working brain cells are not required to post your incoherent dribble.
Omg, what the hell is wrong with you writing like that? Yes it was painful to read, you went from bad to worse very quickly. And who did you say spared YOU from the layoff?
"That was a challenge to read. You should host a con call, I'm sure it would go great" is about as funny as the coke glass four eyed comment on another thread. Good one!
haven't we been conned enough?
That was a challenge to read. You should host a con call, I'm sure it would go great.
