Altice is horrible to work for and do not treat their employees well at all. We were told you cannot stop for coffee or stop for a bathroom break until lunch. Wtf is wrong with these people!! Sounds like the call centers. Out side of the 2 breaks given to you, best get a doctor's accommodation if you have to use the bathroom any more than that.

Morris simply doesn't want you to leave the shop and go to the bagel shop for 20 minutes before your first job. It's just common sense I'm sorry. Eat before you get to work or bring breakfast. Anything else in between it really doesn't matter. We're allowed 5% of the workforce off on any given day. For a shop of 40 guys, you can have two guys off. The biggest crock is the "oh we can't take requests past 30-60 days for vacation". Oh and the "if you had a holiday off last year, your not getting it this year". We want you to use your time but we're going to tell you when you can and can;t use it lmao. Still waiting for that vacation calendar to be posted publicly like it's supposed to be too. Our newest sup (ex tech) has turned into a spineless drone like the rest within 3 months
