Bye bye NR and TH. Good old boys no more
yes, i imagine new CEO will be icy cold and nepotism days are coming to an end.
When words are both true and kind they can change the world-
Thanks for the "material girl" song . .. it gave me a good laugh this morning!!
I think it will be one of two things...
-
They put an existing executive leader in there, and cut some of the redundant Sr Leaders. (never quite understood why we have so many Sr Leaders anyway there's at least 4 per division, from the CEO down, before you get to someone who actually supports orders/customers.)

Sycamore wants more control and puts some one from outside the company. They would be smart (aka make more money) if they did this because they could easily find someone who doesn't give a care about the company and would know that they are in it for just a short time. (2-5 years) This person will only be about the numbers and nothing and no one at the company will matter at all.
I imagine SM of USR will be next. He’s the only CEO left standing. I can’t see NR too far behind. Too many redundant upper management roles. JH has helped us go private, he’ll be on that chopping block soon too. I’m sure his whole purpose was this deal cause clearly CK is useless, she couldn’t even answer a question during the town hall when asked about how they arrived at the price. If anyone listened, her answer made no sense.
Also, It would make sense that an external CEO has been hired.
I imagine the blood bath will continue as the COEs are placed back into their separate entities in a leaner fashion. There were no finance layoffs that I’m aware of this past round. It’s only a matter of time after year end next week that restructure will happen on those teams.
Some VPs miss me, CTO molest me
And I got s---y pay
They didn't give me proper credits
So I just walked away
They can beg and they can plead
But now they're in a dreary plight
'Cause the firm with the cold hard cash
Is always Mister Right,
'cause we are
Living in a post-Shira world
And I am a material girl
You know that we are living in a post-Shira world
And I am a material girl
Sycamore may come, and CEOs may go
And that's all right, you see
Inheritance has made me rich,
And now I'm finally free
'cause we are
Living in a post-Shira world
And I am a material girl
NR and TH will be next.
NR and TH next........interesting days ahead
I hope it's the ex-CTO dude.
that would be hilarious.
As a recent former employee, I always believed that Shira was put in her position to get things ready for going private. She along with many others knew the sale was happening well before it hit the news. She also knew huge layoffs were part of the deal as she was assuring everyone that it was going to be business as usual. Her tenure had a finite end date, so not sure why this should be so surprising.
Who is the external candidate? Highly doubt that’s true.
Coke bottle lense 4 eyes..omg, that made me laugh a lot. Seriously. Funny sh-- that is!
External replacement will be announced tomorrow. Just speculating but i expect a major shakeup in SLT sooner rather than later
NR from SBA Framingham needs to go and same with coke bottle lens 4 eyed TH in CO. Talk about incompetent sales management not having a clue how to motivate and award career pro sales people.
While they are at it let go redundant RVP's, RSD's and SAL's especially in the tri-state NYC, NJ and CT market. For years this SBA market used to be number one in sales in the country only to have fallen to well below in national ranking numbers. You can credit this to the RVP and RSD sales management in place who possess zero people or customers skills let alone customer retention acumen. It also wouldn't hurt to enforce the company drug policies.
