So how’s progress/ what’s the plan? How much of CT might be upgraded

CT Fiber Deployment plans are safeguarded as company development plans... aka not allowed to discuss publicly per company code of conduct. Anyone disseminating that kind of info can be terminated. So if your state is already converted to a contracted construction team (As I understand they are going for by the Union contracts I've read). Then those few that can give the answer you want, may not want a spotlight on their department. And as a contractor, you only see your work as one (maybe two or three tops) at a time, they wouldn't know... unless going into your county.
