Ok so I just started my training for fast start but just got a cheet sheet for a manager there passing it around so not to worry just ask you can go party in Vegas

Completing pre-work for "Fast Start" isn't difficult, so not sure about the value of any cheat sheets. You are probably hanging out with some old dumb managers who can't read and understand a paragraph in new tech. My advice would be to pay attention and learn, or get out. Because those managers are soon going to be out of IBM as well.
Great. You go party in Vegas. Those of us in Support and Development will cleanup all your mess when you tell customers "sure! Our products can do ALL of that and more!" I would never wish a layoff on anyone, and I hope they don't happen, but GBS isn't exactly known for their usefullness and work ethic.
What is the fast start? I am an IBMer and have not heard about it... I guess I get to keep my job because I don't have to do it?!?!?
What this company will do in order to layoff some people... that is pretty sad!
Its probably a test to find out how you handled being given the “cheat sheet”. Expect to be put on th RA list if you fell for it!
