Almost empty? Not sure where you are but the building is far from empty.
The Colorado building at 1 Environmental Way in Broomfield was sold last year to Flatirons Credit Union. Staples Colorado "HQ" now leases space in Westminster. Do yourself a favor and look into the length of the lease if you want insight.
Only if Chef Louis comes to Colorado.
