Don’t trust management with your ideas

I’ve reached a point with Micron where it’s no longer worth being employed here. From day one it was apparent that Management will do anything and everything to get ahead - including claiming ideas that you or your team thought of. This has been happening on regular basis and unless you are part of management no one will believe the you are intelligent enough to provide feedback or new concepts.

Management is utterly cutthroat with no transparency. The future of this company is in a lot of trouble because majority of our leaders only care about themselves. I’ve had enough of it and so have some of my fellow employees. We’re getting out as soon as we can!!

Micron s---s! Glad I do not work there anymore. All the managers only care about themselves for sure. Place makes billions of dollars and lays people off. Losers ruin lives and families.

I totally agree. Managers are never laid off or disciplined. They are treated like they can do no wrong. There are no procedures/policies that allow direct reports to evaluate supervisors/managers. So bad managers continue to manage despite being toxic to the moral and productivity of certain areas.

I left last year, and I couldn't have made a better decision. I experienced something similar and it just seems to always change around here for the worse. The crap that some management people get away with here is crazy. There is this old 1975 attitude that if you are in management you can do no wrong. If the effects weren't so devastating in the work area it would be laughable. I hope people are taking the ongoing layoff serious, because it is still happening.
