MetricStream started getting new customers? Earlier days some good customers refer MetricStream GRC to other companies. All good MetricStream customers are referred by one or other customers. Because they don’t know quality of MetricStream products they referred to others, now every customers knows about product quality so no one dare to refer MetricStream. I wounder how they get customers, even if MetricStream find new customers MetricStream VPs knows how how to change customers mind to pull the plug. Do guys wake up and move from the company, you are working under management who terminate employees for the mistakes done by them.

Dear Dedicated metricstreamer - how about making a double century and still getting fired all of a sudden...? How about getting a promotion and getting fired all of a sudden...? How about firing 50 % of their staff all of a sudden...? Have you seen any organization in the world firing 50 % of their staff with no prior intimation...?
Something seriously fatal in the strategy, thought process and decision making process....!!!!

Looks like the guy who commented last is so motivated and committed to work for MetricStream. You can’t compare IT with cricket boss - keep this support for MetricStream to be a reliable employee. The day you terminated then you will understand.

Were u one of the pillars? Sad. First, we should not believe in fairy tales called pillars, sentiment and tenure in IT industry. We should make ourself useful to the company. U are as good as your last performance? India cannot go back and hire Tendulkar coz he WAS the pillar and played for 15 years correct?
Appreciate the employees who are still trusting the company. But remember guys, MetricStream terminated people who worked for 10-15 years and whom people used to call them as strong pillers of MetricStream, if you still think you are safe then no one help you.
Because they are like the frogs deep inside the well which doesn’t know the outside world and has resigned inside thinking this is the only place for it to live. Sadly, these folks have no courage nor know how to get out. When they’re fired, they’ll have a hard time finding another job.
