It would be in the news if someone notified the news. Have at it!

These layoffs are not in the news because it is the corporate interests that decide what is news and what is not. In addition, ADP is not doing anything illegal by laying off anyone they like because of the "at will" employment policy.

However, ADP has laid people off by firing them for "incompetence" rather than just laying them off. This avoids any severance payments so the company saves money. Not sure if it is illegal but it is surely unethical to do that.

Yes only news that is "fit to print" will get covered by the news media, our "watchdogs for the public".

How can ADP Layoff so many senior associates across the United States and not be on the CBS Evening News? - being that it is a major employer - this should be national news, so that people across the US are made aware.

That’s typical fashion of ADP firing employees on a conference call. Low life scum HR people doing the dirty work for a company that doesn’t give a sh-- about how many people they send to the unemployment lines.

Geesh, this company is just a bleeping joke. I just cannot believe what greed causes companies to do. I really hope ADP flat out goes out of business.

Awful! I have friends in NAS who are still working there. Looks like they will be thrown out by April. I hope that ADP will provide them with severance packages rather than firing them for "not being productive enough", so that they save some money.

They laid off 75% of the Business Consultants today in MAS and are expecting the same layoffs to transition into NAS by April.

It's now almost the end of the month and I haven't seen or heard of any layoffs. Do you have any substantiated information or are you just fear mongering?

In what areas, and how do you know it's coming?

Yes, just as the Year End work is winding down. How convenient.
