Did the news actually run a piece in the layoff? I missed it
It's 500+ at one location or if between 50 and 500 are cut an that is greater than 33% of the location's workforce.
My understanding is if over 500 people are laid off, regardless of the size of the company, there are laws that require them to give the employees 60 days written notice.....
I contributed. It's better to be honest and transparent. Something management seems to forget. The media is interested. I had questions about many in upper management as well.
