Fear not, CDK had takeover bids from Advent, Bain, and Silverlake this week. There is a light at the end of the tunnel, and it doesn't involve working here.

But before a sale, the stock price will be ramped up so that the options holders will be able to squeeze the last drop out of what once was a fine and respectable company. Such a very sad story. Shame on those involved.
It's no surprise a sale or takeover would be pending. With a $200 million lawsuit hanging over their heads, CDK execs are ready to run far and fast to distance themselves from the mess.
