I’m sure it has NOTHING to do with the fact that the older employees are making double and triple what the younger people are. Spare me your lawsuit.

Plenty of millenials who don't know what they're doing and who crumble when asked to perform multiple tasks were laid off - and have been in the past - because they don't know how to work. It's called "cleaning house" and needs do be done periodically. Anyone over 50 had better have a Plan B. Age + Salary + Years of Service >15 = Pink Slip.

No one said Maitland was going to close down TODAY, is it coming? Most likely, however it was stated mass layoffs were coming today, and that indeed did happen.
Half of my team was laid off soooo seema like some of these posts were true.

In Maitland we did have over 50 people get layed off . So this information was useful.
