Historically (at least for the last 5-6 years), the day after the MLK Holiday in the US has been a brutal WW layoff announcement day in HPE. Good luck, everyone! Hope things work well for all of you.

HPE Simplicity, is that a new company we bought?
Oooops! Rfsjh4R-3rib here again, I had not turned it on right... Testing again... OK, it works...
A while ago (half year?) I tried using a VPN to post here, and it wouldn’t take… The post never showed up. Now I have installed and turned on “TunnelBear” VPN and am testing… It works! Assuming that the VPN is working right...
OK guys, all of you are IT Engineers, your IP address either personal home or that of the corporate proxy server that goes to the Internet is blocked from posting, once you've been identified as someone posting excessively. Therefore, you need to install Tor or a VPN software on your computers to post on this blog.
I posted yesterday - and it was later on deleted. I am a Solutions Architect at HPE Simplicity in Boston. No idea why it was deleted. I don't think I posted anything inappropriate. I posted from the office, and now I'm doing from home using my personal computer. Let's see what happens...
I tried posting from within the firewall earlier today and my post never showed up. I think they really blocked anything coming - and that came - from within the HPE firewall(s).
People whose posts were deleted can always repost, can't they?
@2dok More those posts were deleted.
I'm mad at myself for not creating a PDF of this page when the posts were around 60 - I actually thought about it. There was so much information... :(
I wonder if a lot of the posts were done from machines within HPE's firewall. If so, most probably they had the same IP address and the moderator considered them fake. Just a theory...
Hmmm... Did you notice that the posts that made reference by name to the HPE EVP of WW HR Communications were deleted? I think the "mystery" is not that mysterious anymore...
I think I figured it out. They took out all the posts that made reference to groups with names that had trademarked product lines names. Most probably HPE threatened them.
Only a few posts were valid to be deleted.
Moderator: Whats up?
The forum is moderated, we had a ton of stuff deleted in 2016 here as trolls rolled in - if you look at DXC and Intel, mods delete threads and replies daily - trust me, i am on this site twice a day...
They nuke posts for a number of reason, the rules are buried in the footer - we dont know why they nuked our posts, this thread is freaky as the number of replies is disproportionate to a number of views - i've seeen 10k view threads here but i've never seen more than 20 replies - here we had 2k views and 60 replies, so somebody was stuffing the board with random stuff, troll material, lies, etc - who knows...
Confirmed. Post are being deleted
This isn't good to see posts being deleted like this.
I wish everyone well that were impacted.
What is going on?!!!
Is this a technical malfunction of the web site, or reaction to threats of a lawsuit by HPE?
...
Inquiring minds want to know!
I noticed this too. This is a first!
!!!POSTS ARE BEING DELETED FROM THIS THREAD!!! There were approximately 57 when I started reading them about a half hour ago, now it is down to 13.
"Do we still have anything left in Fort Collins? Wow... I thought that site was dead long time ago."
I left some 10 years ago. I've heard that building 5, all three floors, has been empty for some time. I'm sure there's some remnant still there. There's also an HP Inc. remnant there too.
Good luck to those notified today. I wish you well.
Canada - Technical Solutions Consultant (22 years) got the notice on Jan 15th. about 7 others got the news as well (all over 55 and all with 15 plus years).
Any news from the Ft. Collins site?
"Why were they hiring if they knew they were going to sell the whole thing? "
I had HPE recruiters contact me during the past few years. As an HP wfr alum (from the MH days), I politely declined every time, knowing full well how it would end. Sorry about your misfortune,
I second what you have said ..... "@1tkl, hope you feel like a mega a—hole right now..."
You have been rather kind with this guy. I would have said something worse.
I second what you have said, @Rfsjh4R-1iqs.
@Rfsjh4R-1tkl is most likely a frickin HR troll
Rfsjh4R-1tkl How do you know who OP is? I call b---s--- unless you can know. Are you an HPE HR minion that Meg told to troll? I am not OP but I suspect tomorrow will be another bad day for alot of good people. Put up or STF up.
@ OP and OP's other breakthrough historical comments amongst other threads,
Historically, you have claimed this exact statement numerous times in other posts. SO, historically you have NO valid Intel to contribute in the reason of starting a new thread. Other than historically reposting historical comments, your post basically reads the same historical comment that you have posted historically.
Geez, that was painful.
Historically speaking, HPE for life!
Yes, I know a few years ago a bunch of people in IT Security were let go the very day after MLK day when they got into the office. An entire program had to basically be put on hold because hardly anyone was left to anymore.
