Strange how the new dispatch system (only in wv) is the same system centrylink uses

VXField is the new version of vnet, and I've heard the upgrade was done because vnet was old and no longer supported.
Was told at ppp meeting that WV is testing/debugging the system. Will be deployed in all states when testing/debugging complete.
