sales folk are not at fault he stuff that is offered is of so poor quality no ones buys....just be happy atleast some sales folks are staying here to let the customers know this company exists....
we fired lot of good people in 2015 just to save little cash... and retained cheap low quality stuff, just to make some DM, and DDs to feel secure .... we laidoff lot of promising PMs too....
quality comes at good price ....if not real money t comes at a human cost (like online retailer efficiencies comes at low wage high work hour formula)
