No, read the plan document. There is a big AND in the eligibility paragraph. You have to be an employee in good standing on 2/3/18 (end of plan) AND and employee in good standing when they pay the bonus. The plan says they have 90 days to pay the bonus after 2/3. So that could be as late as 5/4/18.
Laid off managers may still get their bonus. One of my counterparts that was laid off pushed the issue with HR and they gave in and gave him the bonus from the first half of the year.
