Agree on reducing HR to just support/admin. IT at least has some value as we can use them as VoV case study. Don't see HR value add, really, especially at Director level & above..

Leadership Team

Please wake up why are you targeting productive folks in the system. Why not look at support Functions like HR and Shared Services. Fire people in HR Team they add no value to the system. Some of them are are in the system for donkey years adding absolutely no value. The HR team including the big boss ( Ani Ban) are busy in extra martial affairs, gossips and Friday Team lunch (2hrs) nobody to questions them.
