The executive staff are completely untrustworthy. Their EPIC mantra is hypocritical. I seriously doubt vmw will continue to be rated as one of the best companies to work for. Too often they are letting hard working people go while rewarding executives who are a disaster. Pat needs to step up and take a closer look.

I did complain to HR about the lack of EPIC2 in our team. He mentally noted it down and then clicked on the Recycle button when we both stepped out of the meeting room.
They would realise when they are put in the same boat. So true epic value my foot.

Please wake up why are you targeting productive folks in the system. Why not look at support Functions like HR and Shared Services. Fire people in HR Team they add no value to the system. Some of them are are in the system for donkey years adding absolutely no value. The HR team including the big boss ( Ani Ban) are busy in extra martial affairs, gossips and Friday Team lunch (2hrs) nobody to questions them.

I really want to puke every time I heard them tout EPIC2! Stupid emails from Betsy make me want to puke.
How does blindsiding people and laying them off make the company better? Were they at least given a heads up that they should look for other positions within the company?
Pat won’t do anything. But it is really sad how they smile, brag about how well the company is doing while planning on disrupting people’s lives.
