New health insurance stinks. Quite clear RJ does not give a damn about the weelfare of the employees. They are only concerned with their bottom line and saving themselves money. HSA seriously!! Heaven forbid if you have kids on the plan or any health issues. Who has thousands of dollars laying around for the 100% out of pocket costs. They stink!!!

I hope no-one gets sick, really sick! You become a liability from health care costs perspective and they let you go.
Soon enough the employee survey will come out, which will give everyone an opportunity to voice their displeasure. That's right no one will voice their displeasure, because the survey comes out BEFORE annual reviews. If you say anything negative on the survey, it will impact that 1-2% raise we're counting on.
What will make everyone at RJ happy is the bosses will have an expectation on their review to build morale. Which means you will be required to perform Cornhole Toss duty, so that your boss can check that box. Or your boss will be creative, spend department funds on a few boxes of pizza, and that will be the morale boost.
Have to think of what meds I can do without as I'll not be able to afford paying 100% of the price. Also with HSA you seriously have to think twice and three times about going to any doctor, too expensive!!
