all digital... robotic automation , AI, solutions given by syntel like companies to customer will lead to end of the agony for IT pros,no need to work late, work on weekends... no need to work at all...... world will need less no of companies as things are automated, we may see AI software working a CEO , handling all higher management task and stratezizing , improving every minute due to constant learning no age impact, no layoff ,,,, no appraisal , if somthins goes wrong due to ceo app it is just a sotfware issue... sorry this CEO cant switch jobs and wont get paid, the AI driven CEO app will be fed information to learn....isn't it exciting....
