CSO counts a -1 geoscientist due to general incompetence
We’ll count that as 5-1/2. The Ceo is spending most of his time dealing with the psycho chairmen and his henchmen and the cso only gets involved when he has to correct the mistakes of the geosciences team which is pretty often

1 CEO (geoscientist), 1 CSO (geoscientist), 1 CFO, 2 admins, 1 IT, 1 enginear, 5 geoscientists
That's probably the lowest overhead ratio that bloated NEOS has ever had to be honest
