@RZHAGih-6myr Are you sure? In the past I have seen ranking lists of employees that HR uses to determine who to let go during RIFs
The question is just silly: layoffs are done in a way that specifically prevents anyone from knowing who’s going. Unless your the specific leader in HR putting packages together you’d only be aware of those you yourself are letting go. It’s not like management passing around a list or anything.
Who ever replied You... That's just mean! Many in this company are living on the edge of concern.
Many workers are concerned about their jobs, have families... Are concerned if they will be losing their jobs. Hard working employees. Giving their all to this company in Good Old America. Being replaced by Over Seas workers. That should be of concern to anyone that works for this company being replaced.
Just because this company is trading quility service here in America. Does not mean that the quility over seas will be the same. No offense but many things can be lost in translation, expression, grammer and how Americans express themselves. It's not the same. It's just not!
