Q was very lucky that for many years they were printing money. That is wonderful as long as it lasts. One of its deleterious effects is that the company and its management becomes complacent and thinks that it will continue indefinitely. Market forces and competition were not handled properly. Usually when this happens companies retrench and get back on course. However, some companies never get a chance to improve because a hostile takeover shuts them down. It is unfortunate that the Jana episode did not prove to be a wake up call to arms. It might be too late. March 6 should clarify fate

Yes the smell was horrible
I overheard a phone conversation in the toilet stall next to mine today. The guy said 23%. I didn't get the whole story though because I couldn't stand the smell any longer and had to exit. I washed my hands before leaving by the way.

I also heard this in AY hall conversation yesterday. Don't know the source. Hope it's not true but at this point I'm like whatever.
