What I want to know is how we are still open. When will the end come? No plan has been laid out for any of the employees and it’s so unfair to everyone putting in their time. They have to make a decision here, bankruptcy or selling something or just closing the doors.

There are a lot of factors that go into that, but if the company continues to burn cash at the rate they have in the past, 1-2yrs is probably fair unless additional asset sales are done to fund the cash burn. Bottom line, they’ve done a lot to fix things the last couple of years, but if they can’t generate consistent positive cash flow it doesn’t mean a damn thing. They started to “fix” things a little too late....
If you don't like it or don't support it then leave. Plan and simple,
I’m guessing 1-2years after bank get back whatever they can from asset sale.

I dont think WFT can sustain at the current conditions for more than 1.5 to 2 years. You should make applying to other positions your 2nd full time job. It is still a tough job market,
