I work at Proggressive, my supervisor told me last week we are going to have a transition as well, I was checking into State Farm for opportunities looks like they are doing the same. Looks like proximity is a thing of the past. He said the impact was going to be substantial.
Insurance industry changing faster than I thought.
No layoffs yet that I am aware of. My department is still slammed with claims. No rumors of anything, but it’s hard to assess while the majority of the company is working from home.
Insurance industry, retail industry, restaurant industry, auto industry, commercial real estate industry, professional sports industry, shipping industry....need I go on?
This isn't about Progressive, or even the Insurance industry. It's called a recession and we are in one, regardless of what the "Official govt stats" say.
Stats can be manipulated, very easily, and nobody is better at it than the government itself.
