The number of layoffs in the past couple of years company wide has been detrimental to the moral and caused undue stress on all. historically the rumors have proven to be true,the latest is cutting workforce by @ 50% in Fl. Employees in Fl AND Carolina are committed to their work and should not have to endure the worry of what will happen everyday they arrive at work or feel like they are in competition with each other. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO GET IT TOGETHER.
