it is all big scandal, the RMG(whose skill never get outdated even if they do same thing for decades and never get autoamted) is web of corruption, as concrete exapmle one employee soupriyoa goopta controlling insurance hiring sitting in mumbai for so many years it impossible to deny that cartel exists , why her work cant be automated and this person replaced with a freshers nd lower aid employee, because the person is bribe collector and distributor
that's true. I left CG some years back. One female manager used to ask status update every 20 mins. and indulge in unwanted micromanagement. Now she is USA . CG does not take action on such managers. Little wonder why people are going to courts and filing cases.
