This statement is correct.
All the Good Design engineers are working in Maitland for Triquints Ex Design Director. Current Qorvos Design engineers are either someones relatives or hired with fake resume.

Let's just agree that there are many bodies, all ages, just taking up space. There are people, all ages, who work maybe 2 hrs out of their 8 hrs., if even that, they stand around talking and taking many many breaks and very long lunches, so why do these people deserve to be there over anyone else who will actually work harder?

There are also alot of young and lazy employees collecting free paycheck doing as little as they can get by with and they are getting away with it, some are even right out of college, so it is not just the old ones doing it...
