Don't believe the posts that say layoffs have started. Cost savings still being planned and will not start to be executed in another 30 days or more. Those who think might be affected, this is the right time to update your resumes and start interviewing.

Less than 40 percent of the cost savings will come from layoffs. warn going out next week.
The plans will be submitted and ready by March 7 for execution if BRCM board is not elected. Majority will be expected by end of March

You’re right that they haven’t started. Management is in the process of creating the list right now though with urgency. Volunteers are already being put on the list. Time is short for those who want to take the package & run.
The actual lay-off will be sixty days after the warn notice, which hasn’t happened yet. But there is no doubt that it’s coming and it’s not going to take much longer for the warn notice.
