We were informed individually that our store will be allowed to keep 2 of 4 supports. The 2 cut will have 60 days blah blah blah...same as all other eliminated positions. Remaining 2 will work with Cap 2 lead and DMs in teams.

All supports will be given a red, yellow or green triangle with a bar code on it. They will place the triangle in the token box at the employee verification kiosk After which they will know if they are to be retrained, eliminated or remain as is.
Anyone can put anything on here. Do your job and take one day at a time, what will be will be the future is not ours to see.
This is happening in supercenters
Please people specify if you are NHM or Supercenter in these posts. We all know NHMs are going through changes, but everyone is more curious about actions happening in Supercenters.
Please explain DMs in teams
I know some supports and cap leads. With these egos having to 'work together', everybody used to being The Boss?
