Enrollment had layoffs and salary reductions for some ER’s today. It’s 100% true. Does anyone know the exact details? Salary limits? Number of reductions? Arizona only or other campuses too?

All employees that were 10% over their position pay cap will be reduced to that amount. ER max is 65 plus 10% equal 71.5. No layoffs to enrolllment although they do expect to lose some due to be the severance packeged they offered if ER didn’t accept the pay cut.
Is the cap $65k or $71k? Does it include finance and academics? Are managers capped too? What is the new salary for enrollment mgrs? AC mgrs? FC mgrs?
all over the cap were reduced to 71k. the main jerk just put out a email. QC is gone and the finance department was gutted. Get our people and potential students stay way from here. No one here cares about your sad story on why you are uneducated or about furthering your education. The place only cares about taking your money !!!!!!!!!
I know someone outside of Phoenix who had a salary cut of over $35,000
QC is gone March 2nd. Enjoy talking with students. Remember the QC screened the potential students. Now you get the bad ones too. Good Luck
