Thread regarding CVS layoffs

MyStore Health

How are there stores getting 4.0’s?

I used to be one of those stores.

Scripts are down!

Optimization is terrible!

Service is in the 80’s (target 95)

WeCare (though not on MSH) is bad too.

Anyone out there still performing well? Advice?

Service is the biggest struggle!

In stock for front store is solely measured on customer surveys. Corporate can literally tell you to the one onehundredth of a percent what your in stock is at any given time and instead we ask the customers. So if there's anything the customer is looking for and we don't have it - we get dinged. Makes no difference if we actually carry the item or have any way of getting the item - we take the hit. Yea that makes sense

Jack Welch hasn’t been CEO of GE since 2001....I’m not sure so this is his fault...

Jack Welch, former CEO of General Electric, coined a phrase, that has been used many times........"Take care of your employees, take care of your customers, and business will take care of itself". It has never been truer today, than it was 50 years ago......it is just that people, have let the "digital revolution" take over all of their lives.

First off there is not enough surveys (samples) to get any kind of gauge in one month time. All the new

deducts , plans and new customers pissed they have to come to CVS does not help matters. Front store going through another sh--ty cosmetic reset, making navigating the store more difficult.

You are set up to fail.

All the new bullies in their new positions, learning the how to turn tough questions back on you for not following the programs. Great timing on harassment training...hope they have enough staff hired to investigate themselves for integrity..

Geez ... dont know why stock is all time low...

A couple of the customers in our store work for a couple sister companies....Same kind of crap as us since CVS took over....

Getting Doctor follow- up calls complete on time before 12pm is just not happening. Especially since we have like 4 pages of 11am’s.

I know pharmacist who get to work an hour early just go get those done.

But the service part is what really makes me mad! I bust my butt everyday not only being super nice- friendly- getting waiters done fast. And none of it matters because if I get all 4s I basically minus well have given terrible service.

I also work in Illinois, so counseling law recently changed. We have to give counseling now and to provide proper law abiding counseling I’m basically behind all day. Staying at least an hour extra just to finish the days work. I haven’t checked the hub in days.

I feel like a failure! Who wants to work in a profession where you can’t meet even the basic standards laid out by your superiors? How much longer can this go on.

I agree with the earlier "MY Schedule" optimization statement. CVS should know State laws on ratios, or no ratios, and should have adjusted My Schedule accordingly, not base it on scripts/hr. traffic.

It’s not your PIC refusing to work with you, some of the rx optimization’s are downright criminal and don’t align with state laws regarding pharmacist:tech ratios. You can’t optimize 5 techs to open and 0 techs 3 hours later...please don’t confuse refusal with following the law

It is what it is! Don’t kill yourself over something that the company is making it hard to achieve. If they want me to offer great service they would give me more than 1 cashier. If they want me to have a high in stock score , they would provide me with more Help! WE ARE SET UP TO FAIL! It’s a double edge sword. Pick your poison

I'm doing great in FS. 4.7, number 1 in the district, 8 in region. Only because my budget went down 10% from last year and my in stock is like 57th in the chain. Optimization is at target barely because I'm minimum hours. My service is barely making it. OHWTI is down and obviously the worst for all of us. My advice would be focus on what YOU can control. Re exam your cfr process or lack there of, in stock is a HUGE opportunity.

As far as RX goes, I agree. My pic refuses to work with me on optimization and scripts are down, yea.

Service is ridiculous this year. They raised the targets to unreachable scores so we cant bonus and wont have successful scores. The higher they raise the targets the harder we will work to get mediocre results. We are strategically set up for failure from the start. Its all a scam.
