Well put! While politics is everywhere, q is by far one of the worst one. Backstab, taking credits from others like in remote sites, blame others for their failures, its always someone else issue.... Also it seems some managers just hire and promote their own tribe and get rid of other ethics within their group. Go look for other bright companies to work for while you still can. It's not worthy to stay here and take the crap from those hypocrites! Hear how these guys talk in the meetings made me sick!
