Way to motivate the techs, work an extra 2.5 hours a week! Forced 1 hour lunch. Thanks Greg Stephens, can’t wait on the blast email saying we should be thankful for the extra unpaid hours we get to be at work instead of being with our family.

Hey, WV... Make sure you AND your teammates are NOT productive for one minute of that hour lunch! Federal labor law requires the company to pay for every minute of work. I can't see an hour lunch being sustainable. Remember to take your 15minute breaks every 2hrs as well. Don't work during your lunches (We are not free labor, and if they catch you working on lunch... they can fire you for falsifying records). Remember they track your phones (Even the Flip phones by tower GPS). I only turn my device(s) on when getting or closing my work, its as if I am always out of my coverage area. I still get voicemails and if someone askes why I didn't answer phone or call sooner I remind them that I'm working, or traveling between staying productive. I heard in some areas they get "congregation alerts" when 2 or more techs meet up at any location for ANY short duration and tracks how long they are congregated (If your area management is getting these alerts, then they are tracking a lot more than if a couple techs meet up).
Some areas aren't able to strike, some because there aren't enough employees... others because union language won't allow it.
So no point trolling like the "whining" trumpublican troll(s) that you are! Sad

Better be thankful you still have a job! Look around on the job search websites. Frontier has hired a staffing company(Mercury) to fill jobs for I/R techs for an upcoming "work stoppage" on march 4th, check it out! Hour lunches s---, if you don't want them, but right now they're are much bigger things to worry about.
Why complain.... its a tour change big deal, we all have tour changes, try working till 8pm every day. nothing to be crying over, something to cry over is the fact we all could be on strike after next week that is something to be crying over. smh.
