Too many good workers are planning on leaving very soon, once the industry picks up. Too many old men in retirement jobs stopping good talented men from moving on. It’s these good men who are DQ’s back bone, lose them and DQ will struggle.

Hiring on new people making more money than the veterans no wonder why people are quitting. The morale is low that is the truth. Pinching pennies will cost this company millions.
DQE has always been known as a training school. Train good men, then they leave to better money and job prospects. Too many old men holding very good men/women back.
They're planning to go whole group if they do not get 10% back.
That's one reason people are quitting. Better jobs and more pay out there losing engineers left and right. No replacement
