Yes managers are partly culpable, but field engineers are now young, inexperienced, poorly educated, and hired purely on 3rd world salary costs. Find better educated field engineers and things will improve.

The peoples lay off are directional drillers. These peoples are not engineers because brian not very big.

In 2018 we have seen, 5 new HR appointments and 8 field engineers layed off.
BHGE are laying off people who earn money for company, and hiring non earners.
