"we don't want our companies to become what Qualcomm is right now". HR for both Intel and Apple huh, I guess there really is a conspiracy against QC. FWIW, Engineering has delivered on every commitment and if management had figured out the right business model we wouldn't be in this mess. Management failed not engineering.
Why would I want to go from bad to worse anyway? My friend just moved to a small privately owned company, and I am hoping to follow hin.

OP here, I am at HR and I am telling you, we won't accept any resumes from QC, sorry but we don't want our companies to become what Qualcomm is right now. Does not matter if is from a referral, Mav. Won't take anyone anymore. Good luck !!
