Frontier notified Local 89 on February 13, 2018 that an ISP offering would go to General Laborers, Senior Construction Techs and Special Services Techs in Washington and Senior Construction Techs in Oregon; a total of 16 people. Frontier has determined that if the "target" headcount is not achieved, they will move forward with an involuntary reduction in the classification and location where the target was not met. Frontier hit us in 2016 as well.

Yeah, I've heard that they are botching it up so bad that they will be getting rid of twice the original number of employees they originally wanted to reduce by!
